This charming old home was in need of a refresh. The most important element was to open the home to the beautiful views of the river while keeping an element of charm from the older home. During our design process, we decided to incorporate a porch into the interior space and added large-scale Marvin windows to maximize the views. Upstairs, we restructured the roof and added dormers to increase ceiling height and give room for windows facing the river.
