The overall theme of this renovation was to make a small historic home more open and accessible for visiting family. We moved the dining area to front of the home and utilized custom bench seating to maximize storage and make the most of a small space. New windows fitting the historical character of the home help to brighten up the home. The cabinetry is all custom from Kountry Kraft. The homeowners needed an office space, so we moved the laundry and built the office into the previous laundry closet area, adding a round window that looks out to the ocean.
