This old home had a lot of charm when but needed a pretty extensive remodel. During our design process, we decided to incorporate a porch into the interior space and added large-scale Marvin windows to maximize views of the Annisquam River. Upstairs, we restructured the roof and added dormers to increase ceiling height and maximize the views. Overall, we added a touch of modern design while embracing a lot of the original architectural details.
